Chellz Eve is Rudnicki and Company’s law clerk. She is our administrative backbone and first line of communication with the public. Hers is often the first voice clients hear when they contact our office.

Chellz is compassionate, empathetic, and firmly believes in helping everyone without judgment. She is passionate about social justice, client self-determination, and fairness in the legal system. She has significant experience with legal administration in small firms and large professional organizations. She has worked with Indigenous populations, migrant workers, refugees and newcomers, racialized and marginalized persons, displaced children, and clients with mental health challenges. She is organized, diligent, and highly capable of helping Rudnicki & Company’s clients move their cases from start to finish.

Before entering the legal field, Chellz worked as a community social worker in Nunavut. She served Indigenous clients by helping them navigate the child welfare system, liaise with police agencies, and prepare for court hearings involving child protection proceedings. She learned to take a trauma-informed approach to professional work that centred the needs of the client while remaining sensitive to their social context. This experience instilled in her a fierce commitment to rehabilitation, human rights, and speaking out against inequality.

Chellz holds a Master’s degree in fine arts education with an emphasis on multiculturalism and individualized learning theories. In addition to her work at Rudnicki & Company, Chellz is a musician, dancer, and ESL instructor who enjoys volunteering within her community, growing her small business, and travelling. Chellz is fluent in Spanish and English.
